I did this and it got rid of this problem and both games stopped giving me the error. And you sign out there and then sign back in, then Enable Cloud Saving from the game's menu. But if this doesn't work at first you may have to sign out and sign back in from inside the game, it will load the XBox Companion App, when you click on your name/Gamer Pic. I don't think I had to sign out of Live, as it still showed me as signed in, in the upper right corner. It took a second and then it reconnected and everything worked fine after that. This has been happening for many weeks now. At the main menu (don't play anything), I clicked on the menu button in the top left corner, went to Game Settings, scrolled down and told it to Enable Cloud Saving. I get the Cloud Sync Error message everytime I open Wordament on my android mobile phone and log in to my account. When the Cloud Save Error box popped up, I clicked continue, proceed, ok, or whatever it says to disable cloud saving and proceed to where I could play the game. Email addresses specific to NSO operators were. I tried to play but something popped up saying steam cloud not able to sync and i click retry sync but it doesnt work. This is how I got it fixed: - Loaded up MS Ultimate Word Games. I think it's just a connection error where it can't read your Gamertag properly, so it won't connect to the Cloud, cause it can't verify who you are to download the correct data. Wasn't happening with any of the other "free" MS games though. Was happening with MS Ultimate Word Games and Fallout Shelter.
